The Random Huggers aim to spread the love, warmth and wonderful energy that is in a great hug. As they say, “Hugs are warm, healing, powerful and free”.

Their Random Huggers Days “promote acceptance, courage, laughter, connectedness, peace and possibility”. It is their intention to have a Random Huggers Day happen every single day of the year somewhere in the world!
